To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. Products that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered in any way will not be accepted for return.
- Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Similar to returns, the item for exchange must be in its original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
2. Return and Exchange Process
2.1 Initiating a Request

Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which you must include with your return package. Without an RMA number, we may not be able to process your return or exchange.
- When contacting us, please provide your order number, the reason for the return or exchange, and details about the product (such as size, color, and style).
2.2 Return Shipping
- You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and obtaining a proof of postage, as we will not be liable for lost or damaged return packages.
